I’m Charlotte,
a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher based in London.
My mission is to help you to connect to your power and thrive in body, mind, soul and spirit.
Treating the body as a temple and working with food as medicine, I endeavour to get to the root cause of any symptoms you may have.
Whether you are working with a chronic condition, want to lose weight or are simply looking for guidance to help navigate the nutrition world, I am here to support you on your journey.
With a 2 year diploma from the College of Living Nutrition, my approach is to tailor personalised plans to each of my clients to fit around your lifestyle.
Along with nutrition, I infuse my expertise in yoga and mediation into programmes delivering a fully wholistic approach to help maximise results.

My Journey
My experience with food has been a healing journey. I retrained in Nutrition Therapy after experiencing burnout in the Fashion Industry, where long hours fuelled by caffeine and sugary snacks took its toll overtime...
Gaining a wealth of nutrition knowledge and applying this to my day to day life changed my world entirely and now my mission is to give this gift back to you.
I dedicate time to attend talks, workshops and lectures to ensure I am providing my clients with the most up to date scientific research in the ever changing landscape of holistic health and nutrition.
